Friday Night Training-not really a deload
Decided to just do the log and some pull ups but ending up doing a fair amount of work on the log, o well. It was fun

Log Clean and Press

I am missing weight due to technique issues on the clean. So I dropped weight and figured some stuff out. Really helped, the last couple of reps were the easiest and the clean portion was just flying up. Ready to hit a PR now
