Deload Day 2
Lower body deload today, easy squats, just focused on some form issues and getting loose. did a lot of warm ups and rolling and stuff.

This weight felt kinda heavy, that is not a good sign. But was just focusing on hitting really good depth and staying tight. Good smooth reps.

That is it. True deload happening right now. I am going to try to eat big tonight and really help my body recover. I had a lot of aches and pains in my hips and left groin. Hoping this loosened everything up and now my body should be on its way to recovering.

Thursday will be some reps with DBs on the bench. Nice and easy!
