Did ok today. No progress on DB Snatch from last week, but went forward on other stuff, so it works I guess

Gym was humid as all hell and sapped my energy quickly. Not much of an excuse, but it felt off today. It could also be the de-carbing, but I'll know more about that tomorrow.
