* This is a backslide from my last OHP session. Last time I did 4X5 and 1X4 @ 75. The only thing I can think of is that I may have gassed my shoulders earlier in the day by doing some heavy yard work. Cut down the bottom 1/3 of 6 20 ft pines -- hauled all those branches. Did alot of throwing them overhead into a trailer. Either that effected my lift tonight -- or I just sucked, which could very well be accurate. lol!

205 1X4, tried 5 but couldnt lock out my back on that 5th rep. Still a PR!
