Monday First Day of Much Needed Deload
Body felt awful this morning, that was the sign that a deload was needed. So here it is:
135 plus short minis x 8 x 3
BW x 4 x 15
lateral raise/front raise/ band pull aparts
MM x 20
That is it, just enough to get the blood flowing and get some recovery going. Tomorrow I am just going to squat with 235 for maybe 5 sets of 5 or something and do some light good mornings. Need to recover, I think it will help everything.
Muscles have a lot of fatigue in them, they need rest and I am really limiting caffeine intake this week to ensure good sleep. Have some serious signs of over reaching!
