Day 2 of week 5 completed Sat. Weights are beginning to like they are attacking now.

Sun got out on the river and paddled for a few hours. Shoulders and back were TOASTED! Held the hammock down the rest of day.

Off tonight (lawn mowing) and ready to close out week 5 tomorrow evening.
