the articles are posted on here. Its Bodybuilding training with some Powerlifting mixed in. John Meadows is the trainer behind it. The sample workouts are good, but paying him for custom plans is the shit. I'm 24 weeks in so far...toughest workouts i've ever done. every 12 weeks slowly increases in volume and intensity over the first 9-10weeks, then last weeks tapers down. Every week is a different workout. and they are grueling as hell. Not for the weak of heart or undisciplined.
hell, even his logo has "pain tolerance" mentioned in it. do a search in the Articles sections brotha. All the body parts should be there, individually.
