Default

1 Lb Ground Beef
1 Lb Bacon - cooked
1 Egg White
1 Tbsp Oregano
1 Tbsp Basil
1 Tbsp Paprika
Salt and Pepper to your taste if desired

Mix all that together. Cook the bacon first, then let it cool and make crumbles to mix with beef and spcies.

Make 6-8oz patties, cook. to your doneness, but medium well is perfect if done correctly.

I like a big bulkie roll, slathered with melted butter and grilled along side the burger, and a slice of cheddar or provolone. Side on the plate with some chips and a cold dill pickle, paired with a poured Helles Bock or other medium body lager, chilled to 40 degrees. Yeah, I'm going to go do that right now...serious.

Bam! Wait, I can't say that.. That Lagasse guy already says that..

uhh..uhh..

Bam! screw emeril haha
