The shredded part someone else should advise on, but to get the muscle to make it impressive:
Deadlifts - Will fill in everything
Rows - barbell, t-bar, DB
The chins are going to help a lot with the v-taper by hitting your lats pretty hard
Shrugs will hit your traps and get that part moving
Rowing will make your back thicker
Deadlifts will make you look and feel like a boss. They will work every part of your back hard if you do them correctly and with heavy weight.
Once there is some good muscle back there, dropping fat will reveal it, or so they tell me.
