Weight: 315.2 (-3.4)

Lost over 3 pounds yesterday. Moved back to Paleo. Ate a huge plate of beef, onions, mushrooms and topped it with cheddar cheese. Couldn't finish the last 10% of the food. Spent the next 3 hours flushing water out of the wrong end.

1 for 1. Diet was good. Nice start.
3 lbs in a DAY?! Wow, thats awesome! I agree with Mike -- love the videos!
