40kg x 5, 60kg x 3, 80kg x 1

95kg x 4 x 8 =rep PB for 8 sets

DB Row

Rear Laterals/DB Curls
8kg's/12kg's x 12/10 x 2

Bench was strong, tri's are dead but shoulder is fine. Wanted to get some rows in, was pretty dead so just some light upper back and bi's to finish.
