Crispy Green Beans W/ Bacon
4 strips bacon
1 pound green beans ( I like the thinner ones for this style)
Crushed red pepper
Cook bacon in a large skillet. Crumble and set aside.
Pour of a little of the fat, leaving enough to cook the beans in. Cook the beans for about 5 minutes, tossing occassionally. We want them heated through, but not limp. Add in the bacon, a little salt if you need it, and 1 couple tbsp of crushed red pepper. Goes great with fish.
