I want whatever is considered a "legal" squat. He says when I have the bar at the 10th notch on the cage, the top of the thigh is parallel. At 11/12 its more like the thigh bone is parallel (and from what he tells me, this isn't legal). I don't know. I'm gonna have to video tape it and see where I am, it sure feels low enough, but he obviously has a better view than I do, lol.
