diet update switched from keto to a diet centered around fish vegetables and fruit and it is working great I was 276.6 this morning but i was around 291 just a few weeks ago so its quite a milestone. I am almost in the 260s and I havent been there for quite some time (over a year) and I dont plan on staying there very long. Goal weight is probably 215-230 range I really dont know how much lean mass I have now, and I'm not going to go by a bathroom scale reading of fat mass. So we will see how I look and feel getting into those lower weight numbers.
