Hey MAB, posting again after falling behind on my log. I've been staying super busy with work and college teaching and logging my workouts usually takes a back seat. Been doing more conditioning than anything lately. The competition I planned on running in June got cancelled so now I have to find another location ( a chance in Vegas). Will be travel involved for sure. My son has is finally in a school where he is really enjoying sports, so he is now asking me for training advice this will be good. I'll try to get up my latest workout ASAP.
