80kg x 6 x 4 (Dumbass forgot to put the 2.5's on!)

Reverse Band Pull-ups/Band Abs
Blue band x 8paused/30 x 2

Wrong weight used but I wasn't going to start over today, still got some good work in and form was spot on again. Was hard to avoid squatting but I managed it, can't wait to go full steam with squats and deads again.

More food and more rest.
