Yeah, it wasn't all that hard.

I was going over a lot of old strongman articles yesterday and reviewing my old deadlift videos to see if I needed to adjust anything with my technique. Today it was much better.

I might have been able to do more, but I reasoned that I'll be working back up to 450 in no time anyway and felt that I should stop with that for the day. Just last week 365 felt excessively heavy.
