That makes sense, didn't realise it was in an appreciation thread, I was trying to find the other interview to post this with.
Is an interesting listen, particularly the first 30 minutes that are more focused on Max and his training philosophy. Some of the stuff mentioned here and the things that are talked about in the increasing strength thread are giving me a lot to think about for my training.
