Yeah I reckon its pretty good. I was in gear last year and took it off after some injuries finally cleared and my raw wrapped squat was barely 140kg and high. I seriously nearly missed it.My best to date is 181.5kg. I started doing this on and off and its probably made the most difference to my squat.
I have squatted straight weight only for weeks on end but the closest I got to old PRs was about 165kg (so about 15kg down). I just seem to regress when I dont rotate my special exercises.
