Pre w/os: AAEFXs K-Otic, 3g pure baking cocoa, 20g Karbolyn, HBM, GlutaZorb, Joint ReHab Cream, SpeedBall 10 mins.
Intra w/os: 20g Karbolyn, 2g pure baking Cocoa, AAEFXs Cell Rush and LBA at the 2nd to last set.
Post w/os: AAEFX proteins (1 serving NF Pro, serving IGF-33) , 10gs AAEFX Karbolyn, spinach, Non-fat milk, soy nut shake. Glutazorb

w/o A : Chest - First day back lifting in 2 weeks.

First day back had problems un-racking and re-racking, my arms are to short for my set up, I have to go narrow grip and roll shoulders just to get it off and on the rack even with it set as low as it goes.
