Snatch Pull + Snatch done around 50% of max

Felt good and fast

Push Press

Good session, I will keep the push press weight for next week as it wasnt as powerful as I wanted. Push Press is meant for speed and power. Will add weight to pullups and keep snatch pull + snatch the same.
