Since I started yoga 2 years ago I've never felt better. Now I know yoga is more than stretching but it has fixed imbalances, increased mobility etc.
Clients who have mobility issues also benefit from both static and dynamic stretching.
I'm not sure how anyone can think increased ROM is a bad thing.
