As with most questions like these: It depends. And, can you define what "as it should be" means? I get blanket questions all the time through e-mails. Dependent on the person's current physical disposition, medical history (or no), goal wants, and other factors, I always set up diets particular to the person. Though the basic mechanics are the same (calorie, macro, etc), how this is "manipulated", however, is not. Get more specific, and you will obtain more specific answers to what you are asking.
