ME Bench/Squat Day

I inclined pressed for the 1st time in a long time today, top set of 87.5kg, really tough at the top due to my womanly shoulder strength! I then pressed 3 sets for reps near failure and then light dumbells for high reps on floor press. I finished with band pushdowns and a new squat variant.Squats with a miniband and 4 chains, i like this as it does not give the large overspeed eccentrics that heavier bands give, it acted more like additional chains.Good stuff, anyways I got to a max (or near enough) and had to shoot out the door was very tired too so a low volume squat day wont hurt.

1xM 90kg (too big a jump for this exercise)

Squat + Yellow Band & 4 Chains

1x1 145kg
