ME Squat Day

I destroyed a PR with the SSB today, was heavy but I got a great session in. I worked up to 151kg, then did backoffs for triples which were hard as I am tired, all week I have squatted maxes and done at least 25+ reps total too so my volume is back up higher again, I am feeling gassed but once warmed up my squat feels very strong. I then did a bunch of dumbell swings to finish.Good day, the SSB squat is getting better fo sho!

SSB Squat

1x2 110kg
1x1 120kg
1x1 130kg
1x1 140kg
1x1 151kg (PR)
5x3 120kg 30 secs rest
1x3 125kg
1x3 130kg
1x10 102.5kg (Smoked wanted 20! Was not happening)

DB Swings

3x 18,15,15 45kg

Fark yeah, good workout
