Ummm.... This might sound absolutely retarded, but it just occurred to me I don't know how to progress on this 5-3-1.
I started 10% down on maxes and I'm pretty sure I won't deload the first cycle. So, what do I set them for on the second cycle, third, etc.?
Just add 10 pounds to squat and dead, 5 for bench? Go off percentages based on max reps at 95%? Other?

Best meet lifts: Sq 150 Kg (330 lb), Bench 120 Kg (264), DL 160 (352) @89 Kg (197)
Best gym lifts: Sq 375, Bench 280 (pause), DL 385 @205 or less
