Oh, I know that feeling! I missed a clean once and it was going to bend my wrist back, so I dropped it. Yep, metal plates and bar onto thin carpet over concrete. The clang heard round the world. I cleaned up and slunk out of there pronto.

Stuff happens.

Heh, my P. Snatch is so light right now, it is my warmup for cleans!
