Got my DL repsl, but my back started to round on the last 2 reps, so I'll do 365 again next week, shooting for better form.
Just as I didn't have the gas to do squats on monday, I didn't have the gas to do 20 rep squats today. It sucked. I got 15 reps and felt like I couldn't breath. I think I have figured out why though--I have been doing cardio in the mornings during the week (workout at noon). I'll bet my legs are tired from cardio, so I'll switch to a walk on those mornings.
FINALLY--got my OH Press 20 rep goal, after 3 weeks of stagnation.
