Behind the neck press:

Upright Rows:

Rear Delt Raises s/s with Reverse Cable Crossovers:
14kg + 8.75kg x8 (2 sets)

Notes: Trying to switch things up slightly as I'm still not right in the gym.. Keeping it light but going to gradually build the weight back up..
