I'm ultra embarrassed... today I was training in front of a mirror, which I don't normally do, because it was the best open space in which to lift. Well, during a Clean I lost my balance and went over backwards. Nothing hurt but my ego. I couldn't go on and thought I would do more harm than good by staying, so I called it a day.
