You've got your own answer.

It's unlikely that criminals have got favourable genetics for putting muscle on, which leaves you with the possibility that high quality nutrition, or at least supplementation, isn't necessary to pack on considerable size, Just a calorific excess, perhaps.

What other benefits do you feel protein powders bring?
