Default Old School Strength

Decided to start a new log in this section. Sitting at about 5'7" and hovering between 145-150lbs.

For those new to my insanity: I train hard and heavy and constantly strive for improvement of some sort every session. My major training influences include old-time strongmen, Jamie "Chaos and Pain" Lewis and his blog (ChAoS & PAIN), Brooks Kubik, and alcohol.

I've been back in the gym for a month now after a 4-month layoff, so I'm still getting my groove back. Today consisted of bottom-position benching, power shrugs, and strict curls. Next update will be on Friday.
