Awesome man. Someone once told me that if I wanted to get good at Olympic lifts I had to refine one single at a time.
I absolutely agree. I realized in less than 7 sessions that there was no place for doubles and triples when learning the movements. I focus on every detail of my position as I set up, memorize how it feels, review in my head the entire lift, execute the lift, then analyze what happened. If I tried to do that between reps of doubles or triples, they would turn into singles!
