Also for your shoulder I found that the diesel crew shoulder rehab really helps. I don't do the full thing but I took some of the exerices and work with them a little in between sets. Shoulder still hurts most of the time but it seems to help a lot.
Cheers mab. Ye I need to get back on top of prehab stuff especially with the bench volume. There's no pain in mine anymore it just tightens up and needs some good rolling.
Lower back still fatigued, left side twinges a little, will play tomorrow by ear.
