1. MethylMass makes you jittery as hell until you start lifting hard, then it puts you in the fucking zone.
2. You don't know until you try
Started doing triples,
- 1x1x505!!!!!!!!(PR) - 5 plates per side feels beast as shit btw
Calf raises - 3x12xStack
