Running the volume for another 3 weeks, starting on what was the second week weights and finishing 5kg heavier in the last week. Pretty sure I won't be firing through the sets quite as much by then but my bench is on the move.
Right shoulder is a little tight, knots all around upper back and lat, they just won't bloody budge. No real problems just irritating.
