OK so it's been a sold week now and all is going well. Not "feeling" any thing per se but noticing a nice leaning effect already. Been a little grouchy and my face broke out a bit. Workouts have been feeling good as well with good focus aggression and fullness. No cramping or muscle tightness (dehydration) of any kind, I've been making sure to get my gallon or more a day in. My diet has been on point but not hitting the cardio like I should be. All in all I am contributing my leanness to the DecaSarm for now, I have about 3 weeks left to go and plan to step things up this week!
