DB Rows
43kg x 10 x 5

Reverse Curls
25kg x 10,9,10

Another fast, easy bench session. All rests were short and by the end of the rows I dropped the dumbbell and led on the floor. Lower back is still quite fatigued, will hopefully be recovered for deadlifts on Thursday.
