My bench press technique needs a lot of work. Heck, I was even unracking the bar improperly. I can't count the form flaws I've found myself doing that Tate mentions in these. Great thread...I have found this to be very helpful.

Tomorrow more reading on form will happen, but this time it will be all on squats.
