Thanks guys. Been a rough week. My 7 year-old daughter got admitted to the hospital with a serious infection and nearly lost her left arm. My wife and I have been spending days and nights by her side. This is the first time I get a chance to do a workout in quite a while.

The next meet is in July - we'll see how things go.

Dynamic bench:
135 x 8
185 x 3 x 3 sets (2 boards)
205 x 3 x 3 sets (2 boards)
225 x 3 x 2 sets (2 boards)
135 x 20

Sitting DB shoulder press:
50 x 12 x 3 sets superset lateral raises 25 x 8

Rotator cuff rotations.
