Comments:
Overall the workout was pretty good. The order that you see them listed is how I performed each task. By the time I finished the Hammer Curls, I was pretty beat. These workouts typically only last about an hour. I defiantly felt the AA “Alpha Tester” product kick in when I was doing triceps. I took it about 30 minutes before my workout. I’m really looking forward to my next workout on Saturday
