Good deadlift day today. A few less reps than last time, but I will be upping the weight again next week.

125 x 5/5/5/5 - felt pretty easy except for the unracking

Pretty beat by this point but did a little more back work
Pendlay row - every rep was fast enough to force air out of me when the bar hit my abdomen

Kroc row? I dunno, but a 1 arm DB row, resetting after each rep from the ground

Maybe another time I will do more, but I was done for the day.
