Nice lifting there. In the warm-ups, is there a reason for the barbell being so low to the ground or does she just employ more of a deficit lift technique for warming up?
Νο there isn't a reason and had nothing to do with deficit lift techinique for warmup.
It was just warmup, we couldn't find blocks and there aren't any "small" weights for warmup (for Rita) with the normal diameter.
So close on that last snatch attempt. Nice recovery on the second clean and jerk.

30 kg on the snatch is her record, and in clean & jerk she has 37.5 kg as a PR.
Her best part of all is her clean, she is very strong there, she almost always does them "standing" as a power clean, she can do 42.5 kg.
Her weakest part is the Jerk, we will work more there, she has also a slight injury at her left shoulder and when the jerk is not good she feels it, but in the games she forgot it and said before "today it won't hurt" and had an attitude that it wont let her impede her lifts.
She also can semi-squat with 100kg and do semi-front squats with 80kg.
Does your daughter do any sports?
P.S.On the 3rd clean & jerk lift, on the jerk, the right elbow was a bit "late" if you know what I mean, and looked like she pressed for a moment when she straighten it, so the lift rated unsuccesful, but it didn't matter, she was already a winner with the first attempt.
