OK off weight due to delt. NO cardio.
So for the next 2 weeks weight loss will be ALL nutrition and AAEFX's NEW formula Lean Fix.
I'm not changing my macro's just adjusting what I eat and when.
190 pro, 114 carb, 34 fat. Only this week and next, left so no more re-feed/cheat days.
*NOTE: Other than knowing my body, other macro's adjusting conditions.
1. I am 46 years old.
2. I'm very sedentary. Couch potato when I'm not working out.
3. Arm's only burn 1/3 the cals that legs do.
Not sure what going to happen getting my tooth pulled tonight. All I do know is I will hit my macro's.
I have plenty of Whey and Karbolyn (made from rice,corn, potato's) on hand. lol
