Squat 1x20, 190. Oh yea.
OH Press 150 (6,6,6). Rep goal missed. Still 1 more than last week.
Calf Raise 3x8, 90(10), 145, 155
Cble Crunch 3x10-15, 20(15), 20(12), 20

Deadlifts went great...with the help of outlawed chalk. 20 rep squats were better than expected. Exhausting, yes, but my form was pretty good throughout. Easier than I remember 185 being.
