Last training session as a 20 something
110x1 - Real grinder, even 100 felt hard.
102.5x1 - Nearly got done on this one. Very 'meh' session but if I can consistently press 110 that's not so bad.
110x5 - Probably a 5 rep PR for parallel squats. Felt good actually, probably because I had lots of rest between sets as there were guys deadlifting in the space just behind. Reps felt hard but I never felt close to missing one. A strange sensation of being under extreme tension but always being in control. I get the same sensation when my bench press is firing.
Used small bar again and much better than last week.
Weighted Dips + 15kg
7,7,5 - Better than last week
Bench 2 - Mainly for rep purposes
65x6 - Triceps almost number after about 5 reps on each set!
Serratus crunch with 12.5kg DB's 3 x 8 supersetted with
Rope Pulldown - Pin 19 - 3 x 8
