Bench/ Squat Day
Finally a decent bench day, really worked my setup today and broke it down and thought about it all day (sad I know!) but there was a few mental cues I had been missing and it really seemed to be better. I first worked up to 117.5kg for a pretty smooth single, I then did my 6s which went well. I missed a couple new 6rm attempts but it at least puts me rep work up with the best ist ever been. I was quite gassed after the benching today, but I managed to shoulder press and then hit anderson squats with the SSB to a new max but no volume work after. Went well, a good day.

2x 8 then weird midback twinge so I stopped, nothing serious tho.
