ME Squat Day

SSB vs 3 chains today, worked up to a new record of 3 plates (140kg). I then backed off down to 75-80kg for speed, all sets were done with 30 secs rest between sets. I got alot of sets in today in a very short time, and they were all nice n fast which is something I think I have neglected somewhat for a while. I then hit chins and RDLs for supp work. Good day, tired now tho!

5x2 75kg
5x3 75kg
5x2 80kg

Chins

1x5 +10kg
1x4 +12.5kg
1x7 +17.5kg
1x7 + 12.5kg
1x7 +10kg

RDLs

4x12 to 115kg

Ham Curls

2x15-20
