Bench/ Squat Day

I benched today for some clustered singles, worked around 110-115kg. I then threw on some minis and did some speed benching. Moved to incline DBs next and finished with tricep extensions to the nose. Rounded out a pretty good day with a squat PR against an orange band and 2 chains. I like this movement, tough.
