Squat 1x20, 185. Oh yeah.
OH Press 150 (6,6,5). Missed 20rep goal.
Calf Raise 3x8, 90(10), 145, 155
Cble Crunch 3x10-15, 19(15), 20(15), 20(12)

Thrilled with the deadlift form today.

The OH press just felt heavy today for some reason. Only got 17 reps. I'll get em next week.

Holy crap, 20 reps of 185 killed me. I was planning to do 175, but accidentally put 185 on the bar. My thoughts on this:
--Rep 10--"this isn't so bad, I'm gonna kill this."
--Rep 14--(out of breath), "there is no way I can do 18."
--Rep 16--"I'm gonna throw up."
--Rep 18--"I don't have the energy to breath."
--Rep 20--"Don't throw up! Don't throw up!"
